Multiplayer with 10 party games! Control a cute monkey!

It is a game aiming at the goal by operating the monkey in the ball. The mode for one person is a large volume with 100 stages.
The monkey ball series has been running since 2001. This work is a special edition that collects the good points of the 2006 wii version and renews the graphics.

All 10 party games can be played by 4 people!

Seesaw Ball

Start from a high place. Operate the seesaw installed in some places to guide the monkey ball in the same way as pinball. Aim at the target installed below while taking a banana.

Space Monkey Attack

The beginning is like Galaga. A shooting game where you aim for a boss while avoiding enemy bullets on a spaceship. The timing of using the invincibility time that can be used at regular intervals is important.

Slingshot

split screen. Throw a monkey ball in the manner of pachinko (a slingshot that shoots objects with rubber bands, not a prize winner) and hits various targets. There is also a bonus if you hit consecutively.

Dangerous Route

The controls are similar to the single-player main game. Aim for the goal by rolling a monkey ball on a maze-like stage seen from above with a split screen. There is also a fairly narrow road, and if you fall, you will return a little. Taking a banana increases the time limit.

Hurdle Race

A side-scrolling hurdle run. Compete for speed by running with continuous taps of L1 and R1 on a split screen. You can accelerate by adjusting the timing to jump over the hurdles.

Hammer Throw

Shoot the hammer forward in the 3D view and compete with the flying distance. Rotate by turning the L stick.

Hovercraft Race

Collect flags on a hovercraft-like vehicle that can move forward, backward, left and right on an icy stage.

Monkey Snowboard

split screen. A snowboarding game where you slide down the mountain in 3D view. Take a banana or accelerate on a jumping platform.

Monkey Target

First shoot out a monkey ball with a cannon. If you open the capsule on the way, it will glide like a glider. While collecting bananas floating in the sky, aim at the target floating on the sea.

Whack-a-Mole

It’s a whack-a-mole.

“Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania”, which was released after this, has almost no content in the party mode, so I decided to use this software for offline multiplayer purposes. If you are a buyer, I think you can enjoy different things even if you have both!

As you progress through the stages of the main game, you can also find hidden characters!

If you clear a certain stage, the number of characters you can control will increase.
If you go to the second half, you will be able to use Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog as a player character.
